Preview - Tri-County Swim League - Week 3

Week 2 provided another great week of new records, fast swims, and most importantly, new swimmers competing and completing new events! That is why I love Summer Swim, so keep cheering loud and proud as these swimmers take on the challenge of each individual and relay events this weekend!


Top Times through Week 2


Wisconsin Dells Dolphins hosts Sauk Prairie Pool Sharks


Wisconsin Dells featured a double winner in Cash Radkiewicz (Boys 8&U 25 Breaststroke and 50 M Free), along with a strong wins by Madchen Ewig (Girls 13-14 50 M Breaststroke), Kayleb Galloway (Boys 15-18 200 M Free), RJ Galloway (Girls 11-12 50 M Back) and Maverick Platt (Boys 15-18 50 Meter Breaststroke).

Sauk Prairie had three double winners last week, which were Joshua Gregg in the Boys 8&U 50 M Freestyle and 25 M Butterfly, Amelia Hunter in the Girls 13-14 50 M Freestyle and 50 M Butterfly, and Kaylee Oleson with wins in the Girls 11-12 50 M Freestyle and 100 M IM.


Other first places finishes included Nick Dunnum, Ava Flanagan, Caleb Gregg, Christine Gregg, Allison Herbrand, and Alana Kopp.



Sun Prairie Piranhas hosts Cross Plains Stingrays


Sun Prairie featured six triple winners this past weekend, that included James Anhalt (Boys 15-18 50 M Free, 50 Back, 100 M IM), Cassidy Carey (Girls 15-18 50 M Back, 200 M Free,a and 50 M Fly), Lainee Diers (Girls 11-12 50 M Free, 100 M IM, 50 M Fly), Holden Hesslings (Boys 9-10 50 M Back, 100 M IM, 50 M Fly), Vivian Paske (Girls 9-10 100 M IM, 50 M Breaststroke, 100 M Free), and Abby Snook (Girls 13-14 50 M Free, 100 M IM, 50 M Fly).


Sun Prairie double winners included A Owen, E Budde, H Diers, Hattie Hassling, B Laube, J Marshall, L Ries, and G Schasker.


Cross Plains featured two triple winners this past weekend, with Forrest Peterson winning the Boys 15 -18 50 M Backstroke, 200 M Freestyle, and 50 M Butterfly. Henry Zanton was again a triple winner with wins in the Boys 9-10 50 Meter Freestyle, 50 M Backstroke, and 50 M Butterfly.


Double winners for for Cross Plains included Izzy Ensenberger, Rian, Jost, Lainie Laszewski, Makenna Licking, Liam Mair, Ian Richardson, Ellie Roenneburg, Annika Van Buren, Caden Van Buren, and Cahner Vitense.



Mount Horeb Gators hosts Baraboo Riptides


Mt. Horeb featured SEVEN Triple winners this weekend, starting with Aiden Aeschlimann winning the Boys 9-10 50 M Free, 100 M IM, and 50 M Fly. Emmy Bennin won the Girls 13-14 50 M Free, 100 M IM, and 50 M Fly. Ava Newman had victories in the Girls 11-12 50 M Free, 100 M IM, and 50 M Breaststroke. May Newman won the Girls 9-10 50 M Free, Back and Fly. Dilyn Randle captured the win in the Boys 9-10 50 M Back, 50 Breaststroke, and 100 M Free. Shane Rozeboom provide wins in the Boys 15-18 50 M Free, 50 Back, and 200 M Free. And not to be outdone, Tripp Sickler won the Boys 8&U 25 M Free, 25 M Back, and 50 M Free.


Double winners for Mt. Horeb included Owen Aeschlimann, Ava Beglinger, Oscar Best, Christopher Kiel, Dane Sickler, Poppy Sickler, and Margret Szabo.


Baraboo swam very close meet against Spring Green last week and featured two triple winners, which were Brady Henry (Boys 13-14 50 M Free, 100 M IM, and 50 M Breaststroke) and Mattie Letendre (Girls 15-18 50 M Back, 100 M IM, and 200 M Free).


Double winners for the Riptides included Anna Balfanz, Natalie Gneiser, Maggie Holiday, Jacob Laux, Luke Staz, and McKenzie Stute.



Spring Green Dolphins hosts Mazomanie Barracudas


Spring Green featured three triple winners from a very close meet against Baraboo this past weekend. The Dolphins were lead by Sumner Nachreiner who won the Boys 11-12 100 M IM, 50 M Breaststroke, and 50 M Butterfly, Lily Saperstein who won the Girls 11-12 50 M Backstroke, 100 M IM, and 50 M Fly, and Danny Zaemisch who took victories in the Boys 8&U 25 M Free, 50 M Free, and 25 M Fly.


The Dolphins also had double winners in Kailin Alexander, Ella Anliker, Parker Hunn, Tyler Nachreiner, Jameson Ridge, Eli Saperstein, Rhet Spurley, Kenley Straka, and Brianna Zaemisch.

Mazomanie featured two double winners this past weekend, which included Sam King winning the Boys 13-14 100 M IM, 50 M Breaststroke, and 50 M Fly. Joining Sam is Kara Loy with impressive wins in the Girls 50 M Free, 200 M Free, and 50 M Fly.


Double wins for the Barracudas included Violet Bollenback and Ashlynne Parsons. Congrats to all the swimmers!!
